Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are generally processed the following business day. Custom orders and periods of high order volume may require additional processing time.

Estimated delivery dates may vary depending on your destination and shipping carrier. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or holidays.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when tracking is available for the selected shipping service.

Please allow time for your carrier to scan and update your package's tracking status.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier.
